I. Project OverviewL&K undertook a Hook-up project in Shenzhen. The scope of work primarily covers the procurement and installation of equipment and materials for Equipment Move-in, Anti-vibration Plinths, Interior Fit-out, Wastewater, UPW, PCW, Power, Gas, Heating Tape, Process Exhaust, Vacuum Piping, and GDS. The project scope encompasses not only the main production facility (Fab area) but also auxiliary laboratory buildings.
II. Overcoming Challenges, Prioritizing Quality
1. Faced with tight schedules and heavy workloads during execution, the L&K team actively collaborated with the client to efficiently achieve the critical move-in milestone: installing over 200 tools per month. Throughout the process, from initial blueprinting to successful completion, every step embodied our dedication and wisdom, and every breakthrough witnessed a remarkable journey of confronting and transcending challenges. This achievement not only demonstrates the team’s strong cohesion and efficient execution but also profoundly interprets the corporate spirit of “Building Dreams with Craftsmanship, Creating Brilliance Together.”
2. Proactive Enablement and Precise Support from the Design Team. Facing the dual pressure of high technical requirements and tight deadlines, the design team proactively intervened early, closely coordinated with construction and safety disciplines, and centered on “Lean Design” to efficiently optimize and deliver the full set of construction drawings. From validating critical equipment layouts to refining piping routes and ensuring constructability of details, the team strictly controlled every design milestone. This not only mitigated potential construction risks but also laid a solid technical foundation for achieving the critical “Move-in” milestone and the target of over 200 tools per month. This commitment to “Enhancing Efficiency through Design, Reducing Cost through Professionalism” vividly embodies the team’s expertise and collaboration, serving as a vital guarantee for the project’s high-quality progression.
3. To fortify the safety defense line, the Project Dept. and Safety Team jointly launched innovative initiatives such as the “Voyage Program,” “Sentinel Program,” and “Sword Casting Program.” These programs layered safety awareness reinforcement across project management, subcontractor teams, and frontline workers. On-site, we established a standardized layout and strict construction protocols to create a tidy, orderly environment equipped with comprehensive safety facilities. Adhering strictly to the principles of “Strict Control, Standardized Operation, Timely Correction, and Hazard Elimination” throughout construction, the project ultimately achieved the safety goals of “Zero Injuries, Zero Fires, and Zero Pollution.”

III. Honors Witness Strength
Following comprehensive evaluation by the client, the project secured three prestigious honors—“Excellent Supplier,” “Excellent Safety Team,” and “Excellent Design Team”—thanks to its outstanding construction quality, rigorous safety management, efficient design collaboration, and high-quality contract performance. This recognition is a high affirmation of the team’s professional capabilities and execution, and a powerful testament to the brand strength and comprehensive service level of L&K Engineering (Suzhou) Co., Ltd.
